We are seeking a Full Stack Technical Leader who will be responsible for leading a small engineering team to develop end-to-end features.. The role involves working closely with the founders and other team members to identify patient needs, develop strategies to meet those needs, and oversee product implementation.

Responsibilities

• Technical Vision and Strategy Development: Define and articulate the technical vision and strategy for the team or project.
• Code Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of code quality through reviews, establishing best practices, and maintaining coding standards.
• Mentoring and Team Building: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and requirements.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making: Lead in problem-solving efforts, making key decisions that affect the project's direction and outcome.

Qualifications

3 years minimum tech lead experience. Startup experience preferred.

Hard Skills:

• Collaboration and Team Support: Foster a collaborative team environment and provide support in resolving technical challenges
• Cloud Experience: We use Google Cloud Platform
• Coding: Typescript for Node in the backend and Dart for Flutter on frontend
• Architecture: Builds solutions for scale
